we went to timbre, where i bumped into edwin and his new girlfriend, and kevyn and minghui with their friends. didn't know timbre's a place to bump into friends!

i was hungry but they didn't want to share pizza at timbre or have supper elsewhere. i swear these guys are more conscious of their health and weight than most girls i know. because, as darren puts it, we are sportsmen.
so that's why i bought the instant mashed potato, which i really suspect is fatal with alcohol. but then maybe the food poisoning was due to the seafood i ate at bedok 85 two days ago, who knows.
it was great hanging out with them, but pavel was annoying the shit out of me by snapping pictures of me like every other second -.- and he was too strong so i couldn't snatch the camera from him! but since it was his birthday afterall, i just let him have his fun la. see i'm nice like that. HAH.
i had to cancel my driving lesson and start work one day later because of the non-stop puking and shitting the next day, but! i lost 3 kg as a result, which is quite a motivation for me to continue losing weight. haha, talk about warped motivation.
the internship's good so far, i've only been there one day anyway and all i did was edit 10 articles for the company's journal! the people there seem nice (i really think sometimes i'm damn naive to think that everyone is smiling genuinely but anyway) and it's great to have both jared and benjamin working on the floor below me! (:
the only problem i'm forseeing as of now is the lack of officewear. and although GSS has started with 50%-70% sales springing like everywhere, i can't stand squeezing with the crowd and picking at clothes picked at by like a dozen other people. maybe i should opt for online shopping instead.
and you know what, i think i'm done with it. i'm tired of trying to do anything more, and maybe i should just focus my attention and energy on other aspects of my life and make them work, excel in other stuff instead (:
