today must be the boring-est day ever, probably because i stayed in hall the entire day. woke up with a cold and a headache, so i decided to stay in and catch up with some work. but it turns out i didn't do much anyway ! ayes ):
the most sickening thing happened earlier, my hallmate was rushing out and her laundry was still in the wash, so i said i would help her collect it, but when i did, i found her laundry being tossed out to the grass area, and it was crawling with ants !! it was damn gross can. so i retrieved it and had to re-wash the laundry, but even after rinsing a few times, the ants were still stuck to her clothes. goodness, whoever can be so mean to toss her clothes out ?? sigh.
i keep forgetting it's recess week next week, but now that i remember i'm looking forward to it. i've got no particular big plans but perhaps learning blading from jon might be fun :D
my rooftop balcony is good not just for late night chats with friends, but also for evening chats with the Father above. if i could just lug my chair out, it would be perfect for quiet time too (:
i'm thankful to Him for His blessings and for His grace and mercies, which are new every morning. God is good, all the time. and we need to keep in mind that we praise Him not just because of, but despite of.
