i need to rant, whine, bitch, whatever you call it for awhile here.

everybody is as stressed, or even more stressed. nobody is just shaking their leg over here. everybody also has deadlines to meet, assignments to rush, and modules to ace. tertiary life is not easy. so please don't for a moment think that others have it better.

i am seriously going c-r-a-z-y with the workload. i am up to my neck with all the tight deadlines and project meetings, just this week alone is enough to make me go crazy.

i'm just glad the "nightmare" of 221 trendstory is finally over - "nightmare" because if i had better time management, it might have been a rather enjoyable piece of assignment, and "nightmare" because i was breathing 221, eating 221, sleeping 221 for the past few days, just rushing through the newstory.

i'm just glad it's over. i gave it my best, even though i knew i could have put in more but i was also simultaneously down with flu at the same time so yes.

i can't wait for the weekend, and of course, for the three-months break !!

okay ranting done, back to being normal (hopefully).

was at JP earlier on to get a pedicure with weiwei and charissa, and we did a little shopping too :D (i know, ironic after the whole ranting block up there, BUT i do need a moment of bimbotic reprieve if not the workload will seriously be murderous).

and i had fun! we had sushi for dinner, which i thought was so good. i overdosed on salmon and sashimi but i LOVE salmon! the dinner and the company and the conversation made me really happy (:

and then rushed back to hall for 254 meeting with geraldine, which proved to be quite productive as well. yay.

oh, and we watched 300 for lecture today, and i finally understand why friends who watched it in the cinemas when it was released kept raving about it. it really is (for lack of a better vocabularly) damn good!

where it blooms

so let me be
a wild flower

its death shall be
the fading of beauty
