i am absolutely loving the holidays right now, that ultimate feeling of liberation and emancipation. hahaha.

spent the days, if at home, sprucing up my room. i am, afterall, going to be staying here for the next three months or so (depending on the result of my hall application! keeping my fingers crossed here, but leaving it all in His hands!)

i am one who absolutely cannot stand staying home for two consecutive days, but neither can i stand going out for two days straight as well.

i think i'm going to be planning my schedule to meet friends in such a way that i get every alternate day off to slack around at home, unless otherwise. that would be the perfect holiday! (:

was in town with priscilla to shop (sorta) and just to breathe in the air in town after months of absence, and gave yongsheng a very belated birthday treat at fish n co' after. his birthday was 1st April, but hey, at least we still managed to treat you within the month of April. lol.

at John Little's to make use of the vouchers my aunt gave me for my 21st birthday. lol.

travelled back to TM to meet yongsheng for his dinner treat after,as he had to study for his upcoming exams (we have to "think of the unfortunate", as priscilla said. LOL) but i wonder if he really did study after!

priscilla had new york's fish & chips, while yongsheng and i shared the seafood's platter for two which i regretted because i was so full after!

Happy (very) Belated 22nd Birthday!!

Love is patient,love is kind.
It does not envy,it does not boast,
it is not proud. It is not rude,
it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but
rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts,
always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.

... a wild flower dies
where it blooms

so let me be
a wild flower

its death shall be
the fading of beauty
