short of being a voyeur, i would say it is pretty interesting witnessing a quarrel between a couple at the carpark below in the late of the night up here in my very own bedroom.

she screams, "how can you make love with someone you don't know?"

and it is at times like this when i realise that things like infidelity and loveless marriages and cheating husbands do exist in real life, just like what they show on TV.

except that watching things like this in real life leaves a sad, bitter taste in the mouth that lingers on and that i cannot remove just by clicking the remote.

and you are left wondering, when the quarrel dies down and said couple leaves, what will happen to them, what will happen of their marriage, why did the guy do that, will she forgive him, will he forgive himself? and all you are left with in the silence of the night is your own voice asking questions swirling in your head.

... a wild flower dies
where it blooms

so let me be
a wild flower

its death shall be
the fading of beauty
