reality check #one: it's six more days to school reopening! - sorry schoolmates for the gross reminder but this is especially for you if you're in denial ;)

reality check #two: it'll be two more years before graduation/convocation - the only reason i'm even thinking of this is because of the influx of pictures on blogs/facebook/msn displays of this past week's convocation in NTU. and in a way, i can't wait for mine - to finally hold that piece of certificate in hand and throw that hat (do they still do that, anyway?)

and actually i'm also pretty looking forward to school reopening only because i'm bored to tears at home!! of course, i get to meet the boyfriend almost everyday :):) and watch all my tv shows i recorded and slack and wake up at 1pm everyday but still...

speaking of tv shows, my favourite show as of now has to be 一切完美 on channel u, which unfortunately just ended last week, but i still have got two more episodes left to watch on my dvd recorder. and its theme song! 我知道我变漂亮了, by 石欣卉 is now my ringtone, all thanks to boyfriend and angel hehe.

although it's a nip/tuck ripoff, and although there are some rather cliche and corny parts, the fact that i'm even raving about a chinese show and song, tells alot, doesn't it? ;) the issues dealt with are real and really endearing, and a couple of episodes left me in tears! and of course, how can i forget the beautiful cinematography and goodlooking cast :)

on another note, i have finally managed to get my hands on The Kiterunner by Khaled Hosseini, have heard rave reviews from friends and magazines alike, now it's my turn to savour the piece of literature, would make for good reading material on my train journey to and from pulau NTU, yes? :)

i have learnt all over again how to just let go, and let God. and if my God is for me, who can be against me? thank You, Lord :)

so let me be
a wild flower

its death shall be
the fading of beauty
