these are my simple pleasures in life - strolling out for dinner with my mum at the marketplace nearby, listening to songs on Youtube (i ❤ Jason Mraz's "Details in the Fabric"), having the boyfriend sneak into tutorial to accompany me and not getting found out, buying strawberry and blueberry mini-tarts in the neighborhood bakery, having an unexpectedly good game of pool with a good friend, and having one day to myself doing things i want to do, the way i want to (:
jumping on the bandwagon of fish spas and all things therapeutic, we decided to try out the fish spa at Farmart!
it's only 8$ for 30 minutes, plus we got an extra 15 minutes free!
i think it probably works better for guys than for girls - after the 45 minutes i think Jon's legs got smoother, more than mine did, haha. or well, maybe mine were already pretty smooth to begin with. LOL.

finally got to taste the famous Pie Kia store at cck mrt station, the mushroom pie was good (:the next day met up with Adelene and Dennis to catch "Hancock" which frankly proved to be quite a disappointment - thin,ridiculous plotline if you ask me. i was literally going like "huh?" throughout the movie. or maybe i just expected too much from it!

HAHA.celebrated dear Huisi's 23rd birthday at Shokudo restaurant,which is like a japanese version of Vil'lage, or the now-defunct(?) Marche.
we got like truckloads of food. i,in particular,still liked the rosti most. i'm thinking i'm gonna try making my own! it's such a simple dish,really.
