it is my first time at Jumbo ever (i know i'm such a bumpkin) and it certainly won't be my last. i'm still salivating at the thought of the crabs.

last year the six of us gathered @ shukodu for Huisi's birthday, and this year it's the six of us again. (of cos this time we have a new couple in tow) ;p it's nice to have friends for keeps.excluding the boyfriends, it's 11 years of friendship and counting for Ade, Huisi, Derek and i ;)
after the very fulfilling meal, we headed for some desserts at Lagoon. 
the crabs are really damn nice, can. too bad we didn't get to have the Creamy Butter Crab, 'cos of miscomm with the waiting staff -_- i was so waiting to dip my mantou into the cream, sigh. total bill came up to nearly 200$ for the six of us, around 30$ per person, quite worth it (?). but the boyf was saying that if we eat crabs at neighborhood coffeeshops instead it would be much cheaper. anyway, happy birthday Huisi! glad you enjoyed the crabs, company and presents :)
life after Redang have been pretty much carefree - i've been waiting for six months to do absolutely nothing at home just watching TV, playing Sims and going online whenever i want to and NOW i get to do it :DD of cos there's FYP to handle at the same time, but it's all good. i just really need to up my discipline and efficiency, and doing FYP with my group has certainly taught me a lesson or two on how to balance work and play these holidays.
i don't actually miss internship, or DHL at all - seeing its name and the red/yellow color on vans and workers' shirts outside on the streets do not evoke any kind of feelings in me at all. i guess i'm just really glad to be out and about enjoying my holidays :)
